We start from the outcome
The question is what the space has to do, who has to run it and what happens when it breaks — not which model number is on promotion.
Every manufacturer rep can quote you a box. A room that people actually use is hardware, software and services working together — so that is what we represent, and it is how our line card is built.
The traditional rep model stops at the product: a datasheet, a price and a demo. It leaves the integrator and the end user to work out how the pieces become something that works on a Monday morning — and to find out the hard way when they don't.
We are the first of our kind in this industry to build the whole business around the solution instead of the box. The lines we take on have to earn their place in one: they have to fit the hardware, the software and the services around them.
The question is what the space has to do, who has to run it and what happens when it breaks — not which model number is on promotion.
Brands are chosen to work together across all three layers, so a specification does not fall apart when the second and third layers show up.
Representing solutions rather than hardware is new in this industry. It is the whole premise of CSA Advisors, not a service we bolted on.
Take one away and you have a project that disappoints someone. We represent all three, and we are judged on how they add up.
Start from the problem you have, the world you work in, the layer you are specifying, or a brand you already know. Every route lands on the same thing: solution options, with the hardware, software and services they take.
We do not carry a brand because it fills a gap on a price list. Each one is here because it holds up its part of a solution — and each is featured as a solutions provider against the verticals and solutions it belongs in.
The brand-to-solution matrix is being finalised. Until it is published, every solution below shows its brand line-up as pending rather than guessing.
Describe the room, the campus or the problem. We will come back with solution options — hardware, software and services — and who we would put behind each one.
